Alerts

Deliver Control attention events by HTTPS webhook or encrypted SMTP configuration.

Alerts send changes in Control attention state to an external destination.

Supported destinations are:

  • HTTPS webhook, optionally signed with a shared HMAC secret;
  • SMTP email using STARTTLS or SMTPS.

Add a destination

Open Alerts → Destination, choose the type, enter the endpoint or mail settings, and send a test delivery. Disable or delete destinations that are no longer used.

A destination receives new attention changes after it is configured; it is not intended to replay every historical resolved event as a new incident.

Store webhook secrets and SMTP credentials only through the destination form. They are not displayed back to you after saving.
