History versus current state
A failed or partial historical operation remains in Activity even after the current resource has recovered. Current health/Attention is shown on the owning resource and in the Attention workspace.
Operation details
Open an operation to see its state, timing, high-level timeline, sanitized parameters/result and failure reason. Use Retry Operation only when the underlying cause has been corrected and retry is appropriate.
Normal failures do not imply that a rollback occurred. Recovery information is shown only when the operation actually entered a recovery/rollback path.
