Backup and restore problems
Resolve missing schedules, destination errors and restore interlocks.
Cannot create a schedule
A schedule needs a destination. If no destinations exist, use Set up backups and create Local or S3-compatible storage first.
S3 destination fails
Check the HTTPS endpoint, region, bucket, credentials and provider permissions. If Object Lock is requested, confirm the bucket was created with Object Lock support.
Restore is blocked
Read the blocking message. Independent databases can require detachment before destructive restore, and managed applications can have retained/private-data requirements that must be resolved first.
A recovery point exists but the application is wrong
A successful restore proves the supported stored state was restored. It does not replace application-level validation. Open the application, check its own data and run any application-specific recovery steps it requires.
