Background workers

Background Workers run supervised long-lived application processes for a Site.

Choose the runtime-specific target, capacity and restart policy. Keep secrets in Runtime Environment rather than worker arguments.

Workers follow the Site lifecycle and are removed when the Site is deleted. A worker failure is reported as worker/runtime state; it does not redefine the health of unrelated Site resources such as databases.
