Reseller & Subscriptions

Reseller & Subscriptions is an optional Commercial Pro feature for organising customers, resellers and their Sites.

Activate Commercial Pro

1. Open your Commercial Pro licence in Control Accounts.
2. Select Create Activation Code. Copy the code while it is shown.
3. In Control open Server → Components → Commercial → Activate Commercial Pro.
4. Enter the code and follow the activation result.

Activation codes expire. If an activation is interrupted, use the retry or recovery method shown by Control Accounts rather than changing local licence files.

Install Reseller & Subscriptions

After activation, select Install Component when it becomes available. Installation may continue after you close the browser. The workspace appears once installation completes.

Resellers

Create reseller records with the contact, status and optional Site allowance required by your business. A reseller with active subscription records cannot simply be removed without resolving those relationships.

Subscriptions

Track customers, plans, status, renewal dates, optional Site allowances and external billing references. This feature is not a payment gateway and does not process card payments.

Removal and recovery

Removing the component does not automatically cancel your Commercial Pro entitlement. Review retained reseller and subscription data before reinstalling or retiring the feature.
