Adopt an existing Micro CMS installation

Use Adopt Micro CMS when Micro CMS already exists inside an eligible Control PHP Site and you want Control to manage the application relationship without reinstalling it.

Requirements

• The Site must already be a running Control-managed PHP Site.
• The Micro CMS installation must be at the path you specify.
• The installed Micro CMS Core must pass the trust checks required by the provider.
• The Site must not already have another managed application.

Adoption does not create Micro CMS users or change application content. If verification fails, correct the installation rather than forcing adoption.
