Diagnostics and logs

Use bounded diagnostics and log views to investigate Sites and server services.

Use Server → Diagnostics and Site logs to investigate a problem before changing settings.

Start with current state

Check the affected Site or service, then review Attention and recent Activity. The latest failed operation is not always the reason a service is currently unavailable.

Logs

Site log views show available request and error information; server diagnostics cover supported host services. Export a log view as CSV when that action is available and you need to examine more records.

Processes and connections

Use the Process and Connection views to identify resource-heavy services, open listeners or unusual activity. Grouped entries can be expanded for further detail when offered. Avoid sharing log exports publicly without checking them for addresses, tokens or application data.

Next steps

Follow the relevant troubleshooting guide and use the supported Retry or Refresh action after correcting the problem.
