Git deployment

Connect a supported Git repository and deploy application revisions without putting credentials in the repository URL.

Git deployment is available for supported Site runtimes.

Configure the source

Use an HTTPS or SSH repository URL and a valid branch. For private repositories, choose the supported credential method rather than embedding a password or token in the URL.

For SSH repositories, use the deploy-key and host-key workflow shown by Control. For HTTPS, provide a scoped token when required.

Deploy

Start a deployment from the Site workspace. Control prepares the new revision, creates recovery protection before promotion where supported, switches the application content and verifies the Site.

A successful deployment records the exact deployed revision. Use the deployment rollback action when you need to return to the protected pre-deployment state.
