Data Management
Use Site Health → Data to review physical storage, reclaimable data, Unknown data and purge controls.
System → Site Health → Data shows Micro CMS-managed storage and the lifecycle state of data it owns.
Check Storage
Choose Check Storage to refresh the inventory. A check reviews storage; it does not remove anything.
Storage summary
The summary separates live Site data, Recovery and backups, active work, reclaimable data and items that need review.
Safe purge candidates
Only data that Micro CMS has positively identified as its own and safe to reclaim is offered as a normal purge candidate. Review the selected items before permanent deletion.
Needs Review
Data whose ownership or lifecycle cannot be confirmed is not treated as a safe purge candidate. Recheck or repair the storage record first. Micro CMS keeps managed storage associated with its Site or Silo through creation, updates, recovery, relocation and deletion.
Relocation
During a managed move, source and destination storage remain associated with the same Site or Silo until cutover and cleanup are complete. Do not manually delete the source while the relocation is still active.
