Users
Create and manage Admin users without sharing one account between people.
Give each person their own account. Roles determine which Admin areas and actions are available to them.
Add a user
Open System → Users, create the account and choose the least-privileged role that still lets the person do their job. Avoid giving Owner access simply because it is convenient during setup.
Change a role
Review role changes carefully. Removing a permission can hide Admin areas immediately; increasing a role can allow publishing, user management or site-wide changes.
Remove access
Disable or remove accounts that no longer need Admin access. Do not recycle an old staff account for a new person because that makes activity history harder to understand.
Bridge Hosts
Silo user roles and Host-level Bridge access are separate concerns. Manage ordinary site users from the Silo Admin and use the Bridge Access area for Host authority.
