Forms
Create site Forms, choose what happens after submission and review results in Inbox.
Forms collect structured information from visitors. Create the Form once, then place it on the Pages that need it.
Create a Form
Open Audience → Forms, create the fields you need and give each field a clear label. Ask only for information that has a real purpose.
Submission actions
Configure the supported actions for the Form, such as storing the submission in Inbox or sending an email notification. Configure and test Mail Settings before relying on email delivery.
File uploads
When a Form accepts files, keep the allowed types and size limits as narrow as practical. Test the complete submission path from a signed-out browser before launch.
Privacy
Explain why personal information is being requested and how it will be used. Use Privacy Settings and your published privacy notice to support the site's actual data-handling practice.
Test before publishing
Submit the Form yourself, confirm the success state, check Inbox and verify any mail action. A Form is not finished until the end-to-end result has been checked.
