Getting Started
Install Micro CMS, choose a starting point and make sure the site is ready for normal use.
A fresh Micro CMS installation includes the main publishing and administration tools. Starter Pack and Advanced Pack are optional starting designs and resources.
Choose how you want to run Micro CMS
Use a normal Site for one independent installation. Activate Bridge after setup when this installation will operate multiple separate Micro CMS Silos.
What setup creates
Fresh setup checks the Site details and Owner account before completing the installation. If something is missing or invalid, correct it in the installer and try again.
Light and Advanced View
After sign-in, normal Site Admin can use Light View for everyday work or Advanced View for deeper controls. The view changes presentation only; your role still decides what you are allowed to do.
Recommended order
- Check the hosting requirements before uploading the package.
- Complete the browser installation and create the Owner account.
- Open Site Health before adding or importing significant content.
- Configure Media and Mail, then confirm background work can progress.
- Create initial recovery protection once the installation is stable.
