Troubleshooting

Use Site Health, Background Jobs and Diagnostics to narrow the symptom, then follow the matching supported recovery guide.

Start with what you can observe. Micro CMS already separates current health, background work and concrete diagnostics so most problems can be narrowed down before any manual recovery action is needed.

Start with built-in evidence

  1. Open Site Health for current conditions that need attention.
  2. Open Background Jobs when work is queued, running, failed or appears stuck.
  3. Use Diagnostics for concrete runtime and configuration checks.
  4. Use the guide below that matches the symptom rather than applying unrelated repair actions.

Bridge problems

For Bridge Site work, start with Convergence and Scheduler. Convergence explains what the Host is trying to reconcile; Scheduler shows the durable work and terminal exceptions behind it.
