Choose what to migrate
Review the analysed WordPress source and include only the content required for the current stage.
Selection is where you turn a source inventory into a deliberate migration plan. Work by content type and keep the first stage small enough to review properly.
Filter by type
Review Pages, Posts, Media, Categories, Tags, Navigation and any other supported source types separately. This makes it easier to spot old or unwanted records.
Understand item state
The importer can distinguish new work from content that is already current, changed or missing at the destination. Current items do not need to be imported again simply because they still exist on WordPress.
Dependencies
Content may rely on Media or taxonomy. Include the dependencies needed for the selected Pages/Posts, or allow the migration plan to identify what must be reviewed before the stage can proceed.
Preview important items
Preview representative Pages and Posts before committing a large group. Pay particular attention to complex galleries, embeds, tables and content that originated in a page builder.
