Cornerstone Migrator
Use the separate WordPress product to convert supported Cornerstone-authored content into normal WordPress content.
Cornerstone Migrator is a WordPress product. It is useful independently of Micro CMS and is not a required part of a normal WordPress → Micro CMS migration.
What it is for
Use it when a WordPress site contains Pages or Posts authored with Cornerstone and you want to convert supported content into ordinary WordPress content that no longer depends on the Migrator.
Work inside WordPress
Preview, conversion and review happen in WordPress. Finish that process there before treating the converted Page or Post as normal source content for another project or migration.
Preview first
The normal workflow is to inspect the item, use Preview Conversion, then either create a comparison draft or apply the reviewed conversion to the linked original.
Expect review
The goal is clean, portable WordPress content, not a blind copy of every builder effect. Complex interactive elements, dynamic content and unusual theme-specific presentation can require manual review.
