Media Settings

Set upload limits, image resizing and Media handling rules.

Media Settings controls how uploaded files are accepted and processed.

Supported file types

Review the allowed upload types for the Site. The standard image policy includes common web images and validated .ico favicon files.

Maximum image size

Set maximum width and height for automatic downscaling. Micro CMS preserves the original aspect ratio and never upscales a smaller image.

File limits

Choose limits suitable for the Site and hosting. Very large uploads can exceed server request limits before Micro CMS receives the file.

Privacy

Do not use public Media paths for files which must remain private. Use the protected storage or visibility controls provided by the feature that owns the file.
