Subscribers
Manage confirmed, pending and removed subscribers for site subscription features.
Subscribers stores the audience records created by subscription Forms and related opt-in flows.
Confirmation
Where double opt-in is enabled, a new subscriber remains pending until the confirmation step is completed. Mail Settings must be working for that flow to succeed.
Manage a subscriber
Open Audience → Subscribers to review status and the available management actions. Do not manually mark people as confirmed simply to bypass a failed mail setup; fix the delivery problem first.
Removal and privacy
Use the supported removal and personal-data processes when a subscriber asks to leave or exercise a privacy right. Housekeeping can also identify old pending records that have passed the configured retention period.
